This will show your potential employer that you're serious about the position and understand the nuances of contract administration.

Showcase Your Data Skills

Since the role involves data analysis, be prepared to discuss your experience with MS Excel and how you've used it in previous roles. Think about times when you've had to manage stakeholders or collaborate with different teams. Prepare specific examples that highlight your ability to communicate clearly and handle conflicts. AWE values teamwork, so showing that you can work well with others will definitely give you an edge.

Ask Insightful Questions

At the end of the interview, have a few thoughtful questions ready to ask. Inquire about the team dynamics, the types of contracts you'll be working with, or how success is measured in this role. This not only shows your interest in the position but also helps you gauge if the company culture aligns with your values.
