An exciting opportunity for a data‑driven digital marketing and growth professional to lead fan monetisation, CRM strategy, and revenue growth across multi‑channel platforms, driving subscriptions, engagement, and commercial performance. This role is known internally as a Fan Revenue & Growth Manager.

Job Overview: We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Digital & Growth Marketing Manager to drive digital marketing, CRM strategy, and audience monetisation across a global sports media environment. As a Digital & Growth Marketing Manager you will own the full fan journey, from social media engagement and data capture through to subscription conversion and long‑term retention. You will connect content performance with commercial outcomes using analytics, automation, and targeted campaigns. Working in this role, you will lead growth marketing initiatives, optimise conversion funnels, and activate customer data platforms to maximise revenue, engagement, and lifetime value across digital channels.

Duties:

  • Fan Revenue Strategy: Own and optimise the full monetisation funnel from awareness to conversion and retention
  • CRM & CDP Management: Configure audience segmentation, workflows, and lifecycle campaigns within the data platform
  • Acquisition Campaigns: Deliver performance‑driven digital marketing campaigns across paid social, PPC, and SEO channels
  • Conversion Optimisation: Improve subscription journeys, trial conversion, and customer onboarding processes
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, analyse funnel performance, and deliver actionable insights
  • Content & Commerce Alignment: Collaborate with content teams to ensure engagement drives measurable revenue outcomes
  • Retention Strategies: Implement churn reduction, loyalty programmes, and re‑engagement campaigns
  • Digital Platform Optimisation: Enhance websites, apps, and user journeys to improve engagement and conversion
  • Partnership Activation: Work with stakeholders and partners to drive traffic, audience growth, and revenue opportunities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a small team to deliver high‑impact marketing and growth initiatives

Candidate Requirements:

ESSENTIAL:

  • Previous experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, CRM, or audience development
  • Hands‑on experience with a Customer Data Platform or marketing automation tools
  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns including social, PPC, and digital advertising
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive performance and optimisation
  • Experience with conversion optimisation, A/B testing, and funnel analysis
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms

DESIRABLE:

  • Experience within sport, media, entertainment, or subscription‑based businesses
  • Understanding of subscription models, retention strategies, and lifetime value optimisation
  • Experience collaborating with content or creative teams
  • Knowledge of app store optimisation and digital product growth
  • Awareness of global digital media trends and fan engagement strategies
