As a Pre-Sales Solution Architect you will translate customer business goals into robust, scalable and supportable technical designs, owning High-Level Design documentation and design governance across the opportunity and delivery lifecycle. The Pre-Sales Solution Architect will work closely with Sales, Delivery, Support, suppliers and customers, validating solution feasibility, managing design change, supporting service transition and acting as a senior technical escalation point.
