Client Services Account ManagerSalary: Β£45,000 per annum + Car AllowanceLocation: Home-Based (Remote) with Nationwide Client VisitsJob Type: Full-Time, PermanentJob Overview We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Client Services Account Manager to support and develop key client relationships within the construction and building products sector. As a Client Services Account Manager you will work closely with architects, developers, contractors and key stakeholders, ensuring a high level of service delivery and supporting project specifications from initial engagement through to completion. The role involves coordinating CPD presentations, maintaining strong client relationships and supporting ongoing projects across sectors including education, MOD, boutique hotels and high-end residential developments.Duties Manage Key Accounts: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients across multiple sectorsClient Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for architects, contractors, developers and stakeholdersProject Coordination: Support projects from early engagement through to completion, ensuring client requirements are metSpecification Support: Work collaboratively with stakeholders to support product specifications within project plansDeliver CPD Sessions: Coordinate and deliver CPD presentations to clients and industry professionalsStakeholder Liaison: Maintain regular communication with estate managers, facilities managers and decision-makersService Delivery: Ensure a high standard of Client Services and responsiveness throughout all interactionsSector Support: Assist with projects across education, MOD, boutique hotels and residential developmentsRegional Coverage: Support clients across a designated UK region, including travel where requiredProduct Feedback: Provide client insights to support continuous product and service improvementCandidate Requirements Previous experience in account management, Client Services or customer relationship rolesProven experience of managing client relationships within a B2B or construction environmentExperience working with architects, developers, contractors or building productsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to coordinate projects and manage multiple prioritiesExperience delivering presentations or client briefingsHigh level of organisation and attention to detailCustomer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellenceAbility to work independently and manage a regional workloadWillingness to travel nationally as requiredBenefits Car allowancePension scheme21 days holiday + bank holidaysOpportunities for professional developmentHow to Apply To be considered for this job vacancy, please submit your CV to our Recruitment Team who will review your details.
