SALARY: £26,521 per annum + Benefits

LOCATION: Mobberley, Cheshire, North West England (WA16)

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 37.5 Hours per Week (Flexi Hours - build and take time away from work)

As a Customer Service Coordinator you’ll act as the key link between customers and internal teams, managing orders from initial enquiry through to delivery and invoicing. You’ll be speaking with customers regularly by phone and online answering queries, resolving issues and ensuring they feel supported at every stage. Day to day, this means processing orders, coordinating with the warehouse and supply chain, checking product availability, managing invoicing and payments.
