There is an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancer to join a growing team supporting clients through a range of residential property transactions. As a Conveyancer you will manage your own caseload from instruction to completion, using modern case management systems and maintaining high standards of client care across multiple matters. The role offers scope to support departmental growth, collaborate with colleagues and guide junior team members while ensuring an efficient, professional service.

DUTIES
- Managing Residential Caseload: Handling matters from instruction to completion.
- Providing Excellent Client Care: Clear communication and updates throughout each transaction.
- Overseeing Multiple Matters: Prioritising workloads and meeting required deadlines.
- Using Case Management Systems: Accurate document production and record keeping.
- Supporting Junior Team Members: Guidance and technical input.
- Collaborating with Senior Leadership: Working with the Head of Residential Property to support departmental growth.
- Maintaining Compliance: Ensuring regulatory and professional standards are met.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Solid experience in residential property conveyancing.
- Confident managing their own caseload from instruction to completion, including multiple simultaneous matters while meeting deadlines and maintaining high client‑care standards.
- Clear and professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Proactive, organised and committed to delivering excellent service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Provides technical support to junior team members.
