Window Cleaner / Specialist Cleaning Operative / Cleaning Technician
NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
Previous experience in window or specialist cleaning would be ideal, but not essential as Full Training will be provided. However, you will need a high attention to detail, a valid full driving licence and keen to learn new skills.

JOB OVERVIEW
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for either an experienced Window Cleaner / Specialist Cleaning Operative / Cleaning Technician or someone who would like to enter the industry and take their career and earning potential to the next level.
Once trained up, working as a Window Cleaner / Specialist Cleaning Operative / Cleaning Technician you will work across a variety of sites throughout London, delivering high-quality specialist cleaning services.
As a Window Cleaner / Specialist Cleaning Operative / Cleaning Technician you will need an eye for detail, have excellent customer service skills and keen to learn new skills.

DUTIES
Depending on what part of the business you work in your duties as a Window Cleaner / Specialist Cleaning Operative / Cleaning Technician may include:
• Perform professional window cleaning using traditional and reach & wash methods on residential, commercial, and building sites
• Carry out a range of specialist cleaning services, including:
• Carpet cleaning
• Hard floor cleaning & polishing
• Jet wash cleaning
• Safely access windows and elevated areas using ladders, MEWPs (optional) or other equipment
• Use appropriate cleaning products and machinery to achieve high-quality results
• Maintain and report on the condition of all equipment used
• Follow all company and client procedures related to Health & Safety, COSHH, and safe working practices
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally on-site
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Previous experience in window or specialist cleaning is an advantage, but not essential – full training provided
• Good attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Valid Full UK Driving Licence is essential
• MEWP (IPAF) or Working at Height experience is a plus
