An exciting opportunity for an experienced M365 Teams Voice Engineer to deliver Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice deployments and unified communications solutions across enterprise client sites. Ideal for a technical specialist with experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud infrastructure, networking and PowerShell automation.

Responsibilities- Technical Delivery: Provide technical expertise during project delivery including solution design, migration planning and implementation.
- Site Enablement: Support structured deployment activities across client sites including configuration of Teams voice services and user policies.
- Device & Telephony Deployment: Install and configure Teams-certified desk phones and DECT solutions ensuring correct setup and functionality.
- Testing & Validation: Conduct inbound and outbound call testing and support number porting validation including DDI functionality and call routing.
- Customer & Stakeholder Support: Work with project teams, partners and client stakeholders while guiding end-users through telephony transitions.
- Documentation & Standards: Maintain deployment documentation and ensure activities follow established processes, security standards and deployment runbooks.
- Essential:
- Advanced hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams and Enterprise Voice including configuration, optimisation, deployment and operational support.
- Experience working with Microsoft 365, Azure and core networking technologies.
- Familiarity with enterprise voice solutions including SBCs, media packs and gateways (ideally AudioCodes).
- Background supporting on-site and hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Experience using PowerShell for automation and configuration tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within project teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, clients and partners.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Eligible for SC security clearance.
- Desirable:
- Knowledge of PRINCE2 Foundation.
- ITIL qualification or familiarity with IT service management frameworks.
- Microsoft technical certifications.
