AWD Online is seeking an inspirational Registered Children's Home Manager to lead a new specialist one-bed home in Derbyshire. You will shape culture from the outset, create a warm, therapeutic environment, and ensure safeguarding and regulatory standards are met while supporting staff and the young people to thrive.

You will lead day-to-day operations, recruit and develop a skilled team, embed therapeutic practice, manage risks, and drive continuous service improvement in partnership.
