Job Type: Part-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: 9am – 5:30pm Monday, Tuesday and Friday. Additional cover during periods of annual leave may be required.
Job Overview: As an Administrator / Office Administration Assistant you will support day-to-day office management, customer service, scheduling, purchase orders, invoice chasing and general administration across a busy team. The role requires confidence, reliability, conscientiousness, and flexibility to adapt to changing workloads while supporting engineers, clients and internal colleagues.
Duties:
- Manage telephone enquiries and correspondence from clients.
- Organise site surveys and engineers’ visits.
- Deal with client enquiries in a professional and helpful manner.
- Support engineers with administration requests.
- Raise purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up invoice payments and maintain clear records.
- Actively support team members with general administration duties where required.
- Assist with job and client management tasks to support smooth operations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous administration experience, ideally within the construction industry.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional written and spoken communication skills.
