An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator / Project Support Officer to support customer-focused branding and visual communications projects, coordinating internal teams, materials and schedules to ensure high-quality delivery and excellent customer service.
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Project Coordinator / Project Support Officer to join a busy customer service and project delivery environment supporting large-scale branding programmes. As a Project Coordinator / Project Support Officer you will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day project activity, working closely with project managers, customers and internal teams to ensure work is delivered to specification, on time and within agreed budgets.
The Project Coordinator / Project Support Officer role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication and the ability to manage multiple workstreams across departments while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys structured problem solving, collaboration and contributing to the successful delivery of complex branding and re-branding projects.
DUTIES
- Customer Requirements Coordination: Working with project managers to fully understand customer needs and project specifications
- Client Liaison: Managing day-to-day communication with customers to support service delivery and expectations
- Internal Collaboration: Coordinating with internal departments to support project delivery and customer experience
- Issue Management: Handling customer complaints professionally and escalating where appropriate
- Project Scoping: Using product and material knowledge to support installation and labour requirements
- Programme Support: Coordinating elements of complex programmes of work
- Problem Solving: Applying structured problem-solving techniques to resolve issues effectively
- Project Tracking: Monitoring deliverables, budgets and deadlines and flagging discrepancies
- Sales Support: Identifying cross-selling opportunities and passing leads to the sales team
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience in a project coordination or project support role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to work across multiple departments
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- A proactive and customer-focused approach
- DESIRABLE
- Experience within a branding, graphics or visual communications environment
- Awareness of health and safety requirements
- Experience supporting complex or multi-site projects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
