SALARY: Β£21,476 actual annual salary (Β£25,614 FTE) + Benefits

WORKING HOURS: 37 hours per week, 38 weeks per year. 8.00am4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am3.30pm Friday

This is an exciting opportunity for an Administrator / Administrative Assistant to join a supportive education environment and play an important part in providing an efficient resources and administration service for staff and students.
Working across a varied workload, the Administrator / Administrative Assistant will coordinate requests, prepare teaching and school materials, maintain stock levels, liaise with suppliers and colleagues, support internal reporting and assist with general administration and reception cover. The position also involves operating reprographic equipment and helping to keep the resources area organised, secure and compliant. xgikmsk
The successful Administrator / Administrative Assistant will be flexible, reliable and enthusiastic, with the ability to manage competing priorities and communicate positively with students, staff and visitors.
