This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FLT Driver to join a busy manufacturing and warehouse environment, supporting loading operations with a strong focus on safety, accuracy and efficiency.

WORKING HOURS: 8 Hour Shifts / 3-shift rotations, between 06:00 until 14:00 (Monday to Saturday), 14:00 until 22:00 (Monday to Friday) and 22:00 until 06:00 (Monday to Friday) – (Average 42.66 hours per week)
Overtime paid at x1.5 Weekdays & Saturdays & x2.0 Sundays and Bank Holidays. Plus, Free drinks (3 per Shift) and Paid Breaks.
Job Overview: We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an FLT Driver / Forklift Truck Driver to join a well-established manufacturing operation during an exciting period of growth. This role plays a key part in ensuring products are loaded safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
As an FLT Driver / Forklift Truck Driver you will work within a fast-paced warehouse and production environment, supporting the movement and loading of materials while maintaining strict health and safety standards. The position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a positive approach to teamwork. Full training will be provided to support your ongoing development within the role.
Duties:
- Operating Forklifts Safely: Moving and loading materials across the site
- Supporting Warehouse Flow: Handling stock and maintaining organised storage areas
- Loading Materials: Preparing goods safely for dispatch and onward movement
- Following Safety Procedures: Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times
- Maintaining Equipment: Carrying out basic checks and reporting issues
- Working Within Shift Teams: Supporting colleagues across rotating shifts
- Completing Documentation: Recording movements accurately as required
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience with forklift operation in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- A background in safe working practices and site safety procedures
- Proven experience of working in a fast-paced, team-based setting
- Experience with loading, unloading and stock movement
- Good attention to detail and a positive work ethic
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts
