An exciting opportunity for a CRM Executive (Email Marketing) to support data-driven campaigns, email marketing strategy, CRM systems and customer engagement within a fast-paced e-commerce environment for one of the biggest names in mens fashion in the UK, offering all the biggest brands including Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss, Emporio Armani plus many more.

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Location: Scarborough, North Yorkshire (Close to A64, Seamer Train Station and Free Parking Onsite)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30

Job Overview: A key contributor to the company’s success is maintaining strong in-house expertise. As a CRM Executive (Email Marketing), you will join a team of passionate professionals who combine best practice with marketing data to deliver high-quality, data-led campaigns and an exceptional customer experience. You will support campaign management across email, SMS and app channels, helping to optimise customer journeys, improve engagement and drive conversions. You will work closely with marketing stakeholders, using CRM systems, analytics and segmentation to enhance performance and deliver targeted, engaging content. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing, campaign optimisation and customer experience within an e-commerce or retail environment.

Duties:

  • Campaign Preparation: Preparing email campaigns for distribution and managing the CRM database
  • Content Creation: Creating engaging and accurate campaign content aligned to objectives
  • Campaign Planning: Planning exposure for brands, promotions, offers and events
  • App Campaign Management: Developing and optimising app campaigns to maximise ROI
  • Performance Analysis: Analysing campaign results to identify trends and improvements
  • Customer Segmentation: Monitoring customer journeys and database segmentation
  • Data Reporting: Setting up dashboards to track KPIs and campaign performance metrics
  • Collaboration: Working closely with the CRM Lead and wider marketing team
