We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Warranty Sales Executive to join a successful and expanding organisation operating within the automotive finance and insurance sector. As a Warranty Sales Executive you will contact existing customers to discuss how they plan to protect their vehicle, offering tailored warranty and automotive product solutions that meet individual needs. The role focuses on consultative selling, objection handling, and building strong customer relationships, ensuring customers can make informed decisions. This is a fully remote position, offering a competitive basic salary and uncapped commission, with realistic on-target earnings exceeding £40,000 per annum.
DUTIES
- Outbound Customer Contact: Engaging customers to discuss warranty and automotive protection options
- Consultative Sales: Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products
- Objection Handling: Confidently addressing concerns to support informed decision-making
- Pipeline Management: Managing and progressing a portfolio of customers effectively
- Target Achievement: Meeting and exceeding agreed sales and performance targets
- CRM Management: Updating and maintaining accurate customer records
- Policy Administration: Completing basic administration to accurately register policies
- Regulatory Compliance: Operating in line with FCA regulations and internal procedures
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a sales, telesales, or customer-facing sales role
- Proven experience of working to and exceeding sales targets
- Experience handling objections and closing sales
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- IT literacy with experience using CRM systems
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a sales pipeline
- Experience working within an FCA-regulated environment
- Resilience and self-motivation, particularly when working remotely
