We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Retail Advisor / Fragrance Consultant who has experience within a one-to-one retail store sales environment, ideally within Fragrance, Beauty or Luxury.

Working as a Retail Advisor / Fragrance Consultant your responsibilities will include achieving sales targets and promoting the company\’s brands by consistently providing customers with a distinctive and memorable experience. This involves proactively anticipating their needs and surpassing their expectations.

As the Retail Advisor / Fragrance Consultant you will also contribute to developing and enhancing brand awareness and fostering customer loyalty, all while upholding the standards and expectations of the store group retailer where you are based. Your role will encompass the achievement of sales objectives alongside the promotion of the company\’s brands through the consistent delivery of exceptional and personalised customer interactions, ensuring their needs are anticipated and expectations are exceeded.
