Love great food, proper hospitality and the idea of working somewhere with more personality than a typical high-street chain? This is a hands-on leadership opportunity with a growing independent hospitality business where freshly prepared food, authentic Italian influences, quality ingredients and pride in every pizza really matter.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant Manager / Kitchen Manager who enjoys being part of the action and wants to put genuine care into the food, people and customer experience rather than simply following a corporate formula. Based primarily at the main Swansea venue, the Restaurant Manager / Kitchen Manager will lead busy shifts, make and oversee pizzas, coach colleagues and protect the standards that give an independent food business its personality. The focus is on freshly prepared food, consistent quality and teams who understand why the details matter. There is also scope for the Restaurant Manager / Kitchen Manager to influence standards across additional South Wales kitchens, supporting quality, training, rotas, food safety and communication between locations. It is an opportunity for someone who takes pride in great pizza and warm hospitality and wants their contribution to be noticed.
