The company has a fantastic new job opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator who has excellent communication, organisation and data entry skills. Working within a local vehicle leasing business, you will support existing clients with enquiries, orders, quotes and general administration. There is no cold calling involved. This is an office-based, entry-level role that would suit someone looking to build their administration and customer service career within a busy, friendly and supportive environment.
DUTIES- Customer Enquiries: Respond to customer enquiries via email, web, chat and other channels
- Order and Quote Processing: Accurately process orders, quotes and customer data using internal systems
- Customer Query Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Stock Updates: Update the internal management system with new stock and stock updates
- Order Progression: Support order progression and ensure requests are handled efficiently
- Vehicle De-Fleet Administration: Support the closing of rentals and organise vehicle collections through the in-house transport company
- Team Collaboration: Assist team members and work with other departments to support efficient service delivery
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Some experience in an administrative environment or sales administration is desirable
- Motor trade experience is not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Professional, proactive and team-oriented approach
