The HR & Payroll Business Partner will work closely with managers and employees, balancing trusted HR advice with effective payroll coordination. The HR & Payroll Business Partner will support employee relations, performance, engagement, organisational development and change while using people data to inform decisions and improvement. Combining strategic thinking with operational delivery, the HR & Payroll Business Partner will coordinate payroll with an outsourced provider, supporting accurate records, reporting and queries. DUTIES Your duties as the HR & Payroll Business Partner include: HR Advice and Support:
Partner with managers on employee relations, performance, engagement and organisational development People Initiatives:
Lead and support activities that align HR strategy with business objectives and positive organisational outcomes Data and Insight:
Analyse HR data and key metrics to identify trends, support decision-making and drive continuous improvement Payroll Coordination:
Manage monthly payroll submissions, ensuring employee data is accurate, compliant and submitted within agreed deadlines Payroll Queries and Records:
Act as the first point of contact for payroll queries and maintain payroll, absence, holiday and statutory leave records Reporting and Attendance:
