AWD online is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (People Partner) to support managers in building inclusive, high-performing teams through expert advice, coaching and employee relations.

You will work with leaders across the organisation on the employee lifecycle, employee relations, organisational change, recruitment, talent management and workforce planning, helping shape policy and people strategy while balancing risk and culture.
