WORKING HOURS: 9am - 17.30 Monday, Tuesday and Friday - Will also be required to provide cover during periods of annual leave
JOB OVERVIEW
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Office Administration Assistant with proven administration experience, excellent organisation skills and a professional approach to client correspondence. As an Administrator / Office Administration Assistant you will support day-to-day office management, customer service, scheduling, purchase orders, invoice chasing and general administration across a busy team. The Administrator / Office Administration Assistant will be confident, reliable and conscientious, with the flexibility to adapt to changing workloads while supporting engineers, clients and internal colleagues.
DUTIES
- Company Correspondence: manage telephone enquiries and correspondence from clients
- Site Survey Scheduling: organise site surveys and engineers’ visits
- Client Queries: deal with client enquiries in a professional and helpful manner
- Engineer Administration: support engineers with administration requests
- Purchase Orders: raise purchase orders accurately and efficiently
- Invoice Chasing: follow up invoice payments and maintain clear records
- Team Support: actively support team members with general administration duties where required
- Job and Client Management: assist with job and client management tasks to support smooth operations
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Previous administration experience, ideally within the construction industry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional written and spoken communication skills
- Confident, reliable, enthusiastic and conscientious approach
- Computer literate with good general office administration skills
- Able to organise workloads and manage multiple administrative tasks
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Comfortable dealing with clients, engineers and internal team members
