ADDITIONAL TRAINING PROVIDED

The company will provide additional 121 upskill training focusing on their area of expertise covering specialist finance products and services.

EARNINGS:

  • YEAR 1: £65,000 OTE (uncapped commission structure)
  • YEAR 2: £120,000 OTE (uncapped commission structure)

LOCATION: Remote / Home Based or Hybrid

Successful candidates will need to commit to the first month being fully office-based in Exeter, Devon, whilst you are completing the firm's internal training program (costs are covered by the firm). Once completed, you’ll have the option to work remotely from home or, if you prefer, work in a hybrid capacity, from home and the office in Exeter.

As the Mortgage Broker / Financial Services Advisor, you will be responsible for working with clients to secure finance for their self-build and property development projects. This will involve identifying the most suitable lending options for clients, negotiating terms with lenders, and managing the mortgage application process from start to finish.
