Organisational Development Consultant with a good understanding of OD interventions, EDI principles and training lifecycles, is required to join a Human Resources / People Services team at a well-established organisation.

SALARY: £45,859 - £48,000 per annum + Generous Benefits

LOCATION: Hybrid working partly from the office in Ealing, West London (W5) and the remaining time from home

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity within Human Resources / People Services Team for an Organisational Development Consultant. Working as the Organisational Development Consultant you will be tasked with delivering the People Strategy initiatives relating to leadership and management development, employee engagement and EDI and Wellbeing. You will also provide support in the delivery of leadership and management development activity which will include training needs analysis (TNA), design and delivery of solutions.

DUTIES

  • Lead the development of the wellbeing action plan including but not limited to colleague engagement sessions, employee and manager wellbeing support and facilitation of Wellbeing Ambassadors and wellbeing events.
  • Design, create and deliver leadership and management development initiatives within the organisation (supported by the wider OD Team).
  • Support and shape EDI initiatives to continue to create a diverse and inclusive workforce including implementing data disclosure campaigns, monitoring of pay gaps and implementing actions to reduce, leading on EDI pledges, relaunching the internal EDI Network and delivery of key EDI events.
  • Responsibility for delivering the employee engagement pulse survey programme including design, implementation, communications plan and action planning.
  • Monitor and evaluate all initiatives and programmes delivered in wellbeing, EDI and employee engagement, providing management information and insight as required.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Math and English (Grades A*- C).
  • Good understanding of organisation development interventions and training lifecycles.
  • Good understanding of ED&I principles and experience of delivering interventions to support improvement.
  • Experience of shaping and delivering activity related to wellbeing.
  • Good experience of designing and delivering employee engagement activities particularly running annual/pulse surveys and associated action planning.
  • Proven track record of providing high quality development solutions, measuring user adoption and return on investment.
  • Gained or working towards an OD Qualification (Desirable).

This role requires basic use of Microsoft Teams for collaboration, and advanced proficiency in other Microsoft packages such as PowerPoints for presentations.
