AWD online is seeking an experienced Head Gardener to lead the care, maintenance and development of Grade II listed gardens and grounds within a nationally significant historic country park. The role requires line management of the gardening team, coordination with contractors and volunteers, and delivering high horticultural standards across the site.
You will drive engagement with visitors, support biodiversity and wellbeing initiatives, and contribute to heritage projects and visitor.
