We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Administrative Assistant to join a growing organisation supporting the construction industry with specialist safety solutions. As an Administrator / Administrative Assistant you will provide comprehensive administration support to the technical department, ensuring accurate data handling, effective communication with clients, and well-prepared documentation for engineers and site teams. This role offers variety and development, including the opportunity to gain hands-on experience using specialist CAD software, with full training provided. The position suits someone who enjoys organisation, teamwork and working with technical information. As an Administrator / Administrative Assistant you will play an important role within a small, collaborative team, contributing to smooth day-to-day operations and ongoing project delivery.
DUTIES
- Administration Support: Assisting the technical department with daily administrative tasks
- Client Communication: Contacting clients to confirm details and request required information
