JOB OVERVIEW
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paid Media Marketing Executive to plan, execute and optimise paid media and PR campaigns across a varied brand portfolio. As the Paid Media Marketing Executive you will brief media agencies, review campaign plans, coordinate assets, track performance and support retail media activity across channels including TV, YouTube, Meta, streaming and gaming platforms. The Paid Media Marketing Executive will also manage PR agency relationships, coordinate micro influencer activity, monitor media budgets and provide clear campaign updates to internal teams and external stakeholders.
DUTIES
- Agency Briefing: Brief media agencies in a timely way, ensuring brand objectives, positioning, targeting, launch estimates and key driver items are clearly communicated.
- Paid Media Campaign Planning: Review agency plans, provide constructive feedback and help shape aligned paid media activity based on insights, media trends and platform performance.
- Media Plan Execution: Provide assets, copy and strategic links to support paid media activity across TV, YouTube, Meta, streaming and gaming platforms.
- Budget Tracking: Monitor and track paid media budgets in line with business strategy and agreed objectives.
- Retail Media Collaboration: Support joint promotions and media buys on retailer platforms, ensuring creative assets are delivered on time and within budget.
- Campaign Reporting: Track key campaign metrics including engagement, awareness, conversion and ROI, compiling reports for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- PR Management: Oversee third-party PR relationships, briefing, defining and executing PR campaigns and media collaborations.
- Influencer Coordination: Coordinate micro influencer activity as part of brand launches, supporting visibility, trust and user-generated content.
- Market Insight: Monitor marketing campaign trends, platform insights, consumer behaviour, competitor launches, retailer trends and product gaps.
- Cross-Functional Support: Work with marketing and sales teams to ensure sales tools, launch timelines, product priorities and brand messaging are aligned.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Strong marketing experience with proven paid media marketing experience.
- Experience building marketing campaigns across multiple platforms such as Meta and YouTube.
- Experience within a fast-moving consumer goods business.
- Experience working with external agencies and building strong working relationships.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Excellent understanding of campaign reporting, analytics, KPIs and performance tracking.
- Analytical approach with the ability to interpret media, consumer and campaign insights.
