An exciting opportunity for a bright, driven and energetic Marketing Executive to manage brand partner relationships, deliver engaging seasonal campaigns and support continued growth within a fast-paced in-house marketing team.
Join a growing business where in-house marketing, data and strong partner relationships play a major role in commercial success. As the Marketing Executive you will work within the Campaigns team, reporting to the Head of Marketing, to plan brand campaigns, optimise performance and manage key marketing partner activity. The Marketing Executive will liaise with brands, internal departments, accounts and creative teams to coordinate campaign contributions, imagery, records, reports and review packs. This Marketing Executive role would suit someone positive, proactive and detail-focused, with strong communication skills and the confidence to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
DUTIES
- Brand Campaign Planning: Plan and execute seasonal and mid-season brand campaigns across agreed marketing activity.
- Partner Relationship Management: Build effective relationships with brand partners and third-party contacts to support reciprocal campaign goals.
- Campaign Analysis: Review previous campaign activity, analyse performance information and support improvements for upcoming seasons.
- Marketing Contributions: Confirm, record and negotiate brand and third-party marketing contributions, sharing updates with relevant department heads.
- Accounts Liaison: Work with the accounts team to support invoicing, answer queries and chase outstanding brand payments where required.
- Creative Coordination: Request seasonal imagery from brands and hand over relevant assets to the creative team for campaign materials.
- Review Packs: Work with the marketing creative team to produce review packs and provide campaign statistics for brand feedback.
- CRM Records: Keep partner CRM records updated with accurate brand contact details and marketing points of contact.
- Channel Content: Handle conversations with brand marketing teams about channel-specific content, campaigns and campaign requirements.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in marketing, campaign coordination, brand partnerships or a similar marketing role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to build professional relationships with external partners and internal teams.
- Positive, energetic and able to react quickly to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to keep accurate records and follow up actions.
- Able to work on own initiative and manage a high volume of priority tasks.
- Confident analysing campaign information, marketing data or performance statistics.
- Relevant degree or professional qualification preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of the fashion industry and marketing trends would be beneficial.
