We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Sales Executive / Sales Designer to join a performance-driven sales team where high activity and strong closing ability are rewarded with uncapped commission. This is a role for someone who wants earnings linked directly to results. As a Sales Executive / Sales Designer you will take control of pre-booked appointments, lead structured sales conversations, handle objections confidently, and close deals through a defined consultative sales process. You will be accountable for your pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue performance. DUTIES- Closing Sales: Converting pre-qualified, pre-booked appointments over Zoom into confirmed sales
- Sales Conversations: Leading structured, confident sales discussions with customers
- Pipeline Management: Managing leads, opportunities, and follow-ups through CRM systems
- Needs Discovery: Identifying customer requirements to position the right solution
- Objection Handling: Overcoming resistance and turning hesitation into commitment
- Target Delivery: Consistently achieving and exceeding individual sales targets
