Duties
- Managing Customer Accounts: Handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries from initial contact through to completion
- Following Sales Processes: Adhering to structured sales journeys and internal procedures
- Building Customer Relationships: Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong communication throughout the process
- Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently working towards and exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Upselling Products: Identifying opportunities to promote additional finance products and services
- Updating Systems: Accurately recording customer information and progress on CRM systems
- Providing Product Information: Clearly explaining finance options and answering customer queries
