LOCATION: Remote working with occasional travel for client meetings. However, you will need to live within a commutable distance to the office in Lowestoft, Suffolk.

JOB OVERVIEW: We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to join a collaborative and supportive sales environment. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, engaging with prospects and nurturing relationships across a varied client base.
As a Sales Executive / Business Development Manager you will work closely with the Business Development Manager and the wider Sales and Marketing team, using multi-channel outreach, lead generation and pipeline management techniques to support business growth.
The Sales Executive / Business Development Manager role offers remote working with occasional travel for client meetings and visits to the main office, providing flexibility while remaining connected to the wider team.
DUTIES
- Pipeline Development: Identifying, qualifying and activating high-potential prospects to build opportunity pipelines
- Prospect Research: Creating targeted prospect lists and identifying key decision-makers
- Lead Generation: Conducting multi-channel outreach through phone, email and digital platforms
- Opportunity Qualification: Assessing and qualifying opportunities before handover to the sales team
- Account Growth: Cross-selling products and services to new and existing customers
- Market Awareness: Monitoring competitor activity and relevant industry trends
- CRM Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM system
- Reporting: Producing regular reports on business development activity and performance
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Communication Skills: Excellent telephone manner with strong written and verbal communication skills
