The Warehouse Operative / Despatch Operative will help ensure components are correctly identified, packaged and prepared for UK and international carriers, with accurate documentation and traceability. Working closely with internal teams, the Warehouse Operative / Despatch Operative will support efficient customer deliveries while maintaining quality and safety standards. The Warehouse Operative / Despatch Operative will also contribute to continuous improvement and wider warehouse and logistics activities when required. DUTIES Your duties as the Warehouse Operative / Despatch Operative include: Marking Components:
Mark individual components to customer and specification requirements Packaging Components:
Package components to customer, company and industry standards Preparing Goods for Despatch:
Prepare goods for UK and overseas customers Registering Shipments:
Register shipments using courier and carrier systems Maintaining Despatch Records:
Complete and maintain accurate documentation and records Checking Documentation:
Check products against route cards, certificates and customer documentation Ensuring Traceability:
Confirm parts are correctly identified and traceable before shipment Coordinating Deliveries:
Liaise with internal departments to coordinate customer deliveries Reporting Issues:
Report discrepancies, damage or documentation issues promptly Maintaining the Work Area:
Keep the working environment clean, safe and organised Supporting Improvement:
Contribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives Supporting Logistics Activities:
