An excellent opportunity for a skilled Technical Designer to join a specialist design team, producing detailed technical drawings and BIM designs for luxury spa and wellness environments using Revit and AutoCAD.
As a Technical Designer you will combine creative flair with technical precision, taking ownership of detailed drawings for luxury pools, saunas, snow rooms and steam rooms. Working as the Technical Designer you will use BIM and AutoCAD knowledge, develop your understanding of MEP systems and collaborate on distinctive international spa and wellness projects.
DUTIES- Technical Drawings: Produce accurate, detailed drawings for specialist spa and wellness environments
- Revit Design: Create and develop technical design information using Revit
- BIM and CAD: Apply BIM principles and AutoCAD knowledge to support coordinated project delivery
- Project Ownership: Manage design work across simultaneous projects while maintaining accuracy and quality
- MEP Integration: Contribute to the integration of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems within specialist designs
- Design Collaboration: Work with the design team, expert European manufacturers and international clients
- Technical Problem-Solving: Resolve design challenges with a practical, detail-focused and collaborative approach
- Creative Meets Technical: Apply your design skills while deepening your technical knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems used in specialised spa environments
- Distinctive Projects: Be part of projects at the cutting edge of spa and wellness innovation

- Confidence working with both metric and imperial units, and an interest in international building codes
- Clear and professional communication skills in English; other languages are a plus
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally across Europe, the USA, and further afield

- Can work independently and part of a team
- Previous experience working on large commercial projects with design teams
