Working as the Technology Lead/ Software Engineering Lead you will drive the development of next-gen infrastructure technology for eVTOL operations. You’ll lead a team of talented software engineers to design, architect, implement, and deploy critical systems that power the future of Advanced Air Mobility (AAM). From real-time operations to scalable system architecture, you’ll be shaping the core technology behind the company’s global heliport and vertiport networks. • The company’s Drone Services uses drones to streamline logistics, capture data, and enhance operational efficiency, with a focus on rural deliveries, surveying, surveillance, and maritime services.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

We’re looking for a Technology Lead/ Software Engineering Lead with deep expertise in building scalable, cloud-native systems. Here’s what you’ll bring:

• Proficient in Go – You’ve designed, built, and maintained robust applications using Golang in production. You can provide guidance to other developers on Go language and conduct high-quality code reviews.
• Azure Cloud expertise – Good knowledge with compute, storage, networking, security, and CI/CD pipelines across Azure.
• API architecture – Strong experience designing, implementing, and securing RESTful and/or gRPC APIs.
• Real-time data systems – Skilled in message streaming with platforms like Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, or RabbitMQ.
• Leadership in fast-paced environments – Proven track record as a tech lead in high-growth or startup environments, with the ability to build, mentor and guide technology teams that are highly focused and adaptable to changing business needs.
• Agile mindset – Comfortable in rapidly changing environments, working iteratively with SCRUM and Agile methodologies.
• Global collaboration – Effective communicator and resilient contributor in distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Ownership – You take initiative, lead from the front, and deliver high-quality outcomes with accountability. You also have experience with defining and managing software development budget and associated costs.
