This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to join a growing B2B wholesale environment, managing key accounts, developing new business, and driving revenue through relationship-led sales and client visits.
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 per annum Basic Salary / £52,000 OTE (includes Basic Salary)
Location: On-site based in Edmonton, North London (N18) with UK travel sales trips
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time including 1 Sunday per month
Candidate Requirement: Candidates MUST hold a full driving licence

As a Sales Executive / Business Development Manager you will take ownership of a customer portfolio, driving revenue through proactive account management, business development, and regular in-person visits. You will work closely with senior leadership and a collaborative sales team to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
The Sales Executive / Business Development Manager role offers the opportunity to build long-term client relationships, grow your own sales portfolio, and contribute directly to commercial performance within a well-established wholesale environment.
Duties:
- Client Relationship Management: Managing and growing a portfolio of B2B customers through strong, long-term relationships
- Sales Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through outbound activity, research, and networking
- Account Growth: Driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities by understanding customer needs and purchasing patterns
- Client Visits: Planning showroom appointments and conducting regular UK sales trips to support customer growth
- Sales Forecasting: Maintaining accurate sales records and contributing to sales reviews and performance reporting
- Internal Collaboration: Working closely with buying, merchandising, marketing, and warehouse teams to ensure aligned service delivery
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a B2B sales, wholesale, or physical product sales environment
- Experience managing client accounts and developing long-term customer relationships
- Proven ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills
- Commercially aware with a target-driven mindset
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales tools
- A valid UK driving licence with flexibility to travel
