We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Signage & Graphics Project Manager within a growing signage and visual communications environment. This role offers the chance to take full ownership of multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
As a Signage & Graphics Project Manager, you will coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and clients, maintaining clear communication and strong working relationships throughout the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for planning, resourcing, and managing project workflows while adapting to changing priorities.
The Signage & Graphics Project Manager role suits someone who is organised, proactive, and commercially aware, with a strong focus on stakeholder management, health and safety compliance, and continuous improvement.

Duties
- Stakeholder Liaison: Managing relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Project Planning: Defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and schedules
- Resource Management: Estimating and coordinating resources and project participants
- Workflow Control: Overseeing projects from initiation through to completion
- Health and Safety Compliance: Developing RAMS and working with compliance teams on site requirements
- Communication Management: Producing clear project plans and documentation
- Change Management: Proactively managing changes to scope, timelines, and expectations
- Team Coordination: Delegating tasks and supporting team performance
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within signage, graphics, or a related environment
- Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A logical and solution-focused approach to problem solving
- Good commercial awareness and budget control understanding
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead project teams
