Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor / Life & Protection Financial Adviser. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified financial services professional seeking a self-employed role with access to high-volume estate agency leads, transparent commission structures, and long-term growth potential within a modern advisory organisation.

Remuneration
- Self-Generated Business: 75% broker and procuration fees and 80% protection and GI commission
- Introduced Business: 55% across broker, procuration, protection, and GI
- Monthly membership fee: £99 (first 6 months free)
- Guarantee (Subject to Eligibility): £3,000 per month for the first 6 months
- Top-up if earnings fall below the guarantee
- Unearned guarantee recoverable from month 7
- Equity participation available
- Initial and performance-based share awards governed by a separate shareholder agreement

Duties
Your duties as the Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor / Life & Protection Financial Adviser include:
- Providing Financial Advice: Deliver compliant mortgage, life, and protection recommendations tailored to client needs
- Case Management: Manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with introducers and clients
- Compliance Adherence: Operate in line with FCA, network, and appointed representative compliance standards
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
- Business Development: Develop self-generated business alongside introduced leads
Candidate Requirements
- CeMAP qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience in mortgage, life, and protection advice
- Eligibility for FCA approval as a Registered Individual
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory standards
- Comfortable operating within a self-employed advisory model
- Professional, client-focused communication skills
