This is a
field-based role

for our Recruitment Team to review. DUTIES Your duties as the Learning & Development Manager include: Field Coaching and Store Support:
Deliver live in-store coaching, structured store visits and targeted interventions, with clear actions and follow-up Talent and Succession Development:
Support leadership readiness, formal sign-off preparation, talent trackers and succession planning Training Delivery and Onboarding:
Facilitate workshops, clinics and targeted training, support leader onboarding and drive completion across learning activity Digital Learning and Initiatives:
Support adoption of learning platforms, new initiatives, launches, operational resets and new store openings Performance Monitoring and Insight:
Track coaching effectiveness, talent readiness, store visit outcomes and follow-up completion, using insights to identify recurring gaps People and Recruitment Support:
Monitor recruitment pipelines and adverts, support defined HR training activity and follow up on complaints and training actions Planning and Stakeholder Alignment:
Manage the training calendar, provide monthly training and people updates, join performance reviews and contribute to planning cycles Business Priority Support:
