We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Executive Assistant / PA to provide trusted, high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role is central to ensuring the smooth and effective operation of senior leadership activity.
As an Executive Assistant / PA you will manage complex diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, correspondence and confidential documentation, ensuring priorities are well managed and actions are followed through accurately. The Executive Assistant / PA will work closely with senior stakeholders, external partners and board members, supporting governance processes, minute-taking and executive communications in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a highly organised, discreet and proactive professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional executive and administrative support.
Your duties as the Executive Assistant / PA include:
- Executive Diary Management: Managing complex and competing schedules, meetings and priorities
- Meeting Coordination: Organising senior meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes and tracking actions
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinating domestic and international travel, accommodation and itineraries
- Governance Support: Supporting board and committee administration and governance processes
- Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as a professional point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders
- Document Preparation: Drafting, proofreading and managing reports, correspondence and presentations
- Information Management: Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgement
- Office Coordination: Ensuring the effective day-to-day operation of the CEO's office
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience providing high-level executive or personal assistant support
- Experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership teams
- Proven experience of complex diary, meeting and travel management
- Experience of board, governance and minute-taking responsibilities
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational, prioritisation and attention to detail skills
- High levels of discretion, professionalism and integrity
DESIRABLE
- A degree or higher qualification in Business Administration, Executive Support or a related field
- Experience designing presentations using PowerPoint or Canva
- Experience working with external partners, agencies or regulators
