for our Recruitment Team to review. DUTIES Your duties as the Children's Home Manager include: Home Leadership and Operations:
Lead the day-to-day operation of the children's residential home, managing staff, budgets, resources and service delivery Quality and Regulatory Compliance:
Maintain high standards in line with the Children Act, Childrens Homes Regulations, Quality Standards and Ofsted requirements Safeguarding and Care:
Promote safe, child-centred practice and positive outcomes for children and young people with complex needs Team Leadership and Development:
Lead, supervise, support and develop residential care staff, creating a positive and accountable culture Therapeutic Practice:
Work with specialist professionals and use reflective practice and therapeutic guidance to inform safe decision-making Service Development:
Contribute to continuous improvement and help shape high-quality residential provision as the service grows Resource Management:
