A growing company is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with strong B2B sales, lead generation, pipeline management and client relationship/account management skills.
FULL PRODUCT TRAINING PROVIDED
If you’ve previously sold products or services into Local Authorities, NHS or Private Hospitals, then great. If not, and you have a solid B2B sales background then that’s fine too as the company will provide full product training and ongoing support.

SALARY: £50,000 OTE (uncapped commission), includes a £35,000 per annum Basic Salary
LOCATION: Your time will be split between working from home and visiting clients in London and Greater London. You will also be required to work from the Head Office in Brentford, West London one day per week.

Due to continued growth, framework wins and a strong pipeline of opportunities, the company has a fantastic new job opportunity for a Business Development Executive. As the Business Development Executive you will prospect new clients, sell to key decision makers and build long-term relationships across Central and Greater London. The Business Development Executive will receive full product training and will support the sale of healthcare products and services, with opportunities to work with local authorities, NHS hospitals and private hospitals. This is a great opportunity for someone with proven B2B sales, business development, sales presentations, negotiation and account management experience.
DUTIES
- Prospecting New Clients: Identify and approach potential business customers across Central and Greater London
- Selling to Decision Makers: Present products and services to senior contacts and key stakeholders
- Building a Sales Pipeline: Manage opportunities from initial contact through to proposal, follow-up and close
- Client Visits and Presentations: Attend meetings with prospective clients to understand requirements and present suitable solutions
- Account Management: Develop strong relationships with existing clients and provide a professional, responsive service
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services to clients
- Managing Your Own Time: Plan appointments, follow-ups and client activity effectively across a hybrid working pattern
- Working With Framework Opportunities: Support sales activity linked to approved supplier frameworks within healthcare and public sector markets
- Sales Administration: Maintain accurate records, pipeline updates and client information as required
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- ESSENTIAL
- B2B Sales Experience: Previous experience in a business-to-business sales, business development or account management role
- Confident Communicator: Able to engage professionally with key decision makers and build strong client relationships
- Commercial Approach: Confident identifying opportunities, managing a pipeline and working towards sales targets
- Presentation Skills: Comfortable visiting clients, presenting solutions and discussing products and services
- Self-Motivated: Able to manage your own time, prioritise activity and work independently from home, head office and client sites
- Relationship Management: Able to build trust with new and existing clients through a consultative sales approach
- London Travel: Able to visit clients across Central and Greater London and attend the head office in Brentford, West London one day per week
DESIRABLE
- Public Sector Sales: Experience selling products or services into local authorities
- Healthcare Sales: Experience selling into the NHS, private hospitals or wider healthcare organisations
