Job Overview
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Business Analyst / Change Analyst to join a dynamic Strategy and Transformation environment supporting organisation-wide change initiatives. As a Business Analyst / Change Analyst you will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to elicit requirements, design end-to-end processes and support the delivery of high-quality operational and technical solutions aligned to strategic objectives. The role offers exposure to multiple concurrent initiatives, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, change management and successful transition into business-as-usual operations.
Duties
- Business Requirements Gathering: Leading stakeholders through requirements elicitation and process design to support change delivery
- Stakeholder Communication: Engaging with business and IT stakeholders, providing clear updates, reports and recommendations
- Process Design: Designing end-to-end business processes and producing high-quality documentation and specifications
- Change Delivery Support: Supporting analysis, planning and implementation activities across change initiatives
- Risk And Issue Management: Identifying, managing and escalating risks and issues to protect delivery outcomes
- Systems and Integration Support: Working with technical teams to support system requirements and solution design
- Change Management: Owning smaller change initiatives and ensuring smooth transition into business-as-usual
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying process and system improvements to enhance efficiency and performance
- Testing and UAT: Developing test plans, coordinating user acceptance testing and supporting early life issue resolution
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in business analysis, change delivery or implementation roles
- Proven experience of business requirements elicitation and process mapping
- Experience with process design, documentation and functional specifications
- An understanding of IT architecture, systems and integration solutions
- Ability to manage multiple small projects concurrently across varied stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent attention to detail and a structured, analytical approach
- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on improving customer and user experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint
