AWD online is seeking an Early Years SEND Practitioner to support children aged 0–5 with complex needs at Family Hubs and across community settings. You will use observation and assessment tools to identify needs early and plan targeted support for families and professionals.
The role covers working with health colleagues, early years providers and SEND teams, delivering sessions, keeping records and contributing to reviews. The contract runs to 31 March 2029 and is 37 hours per week.
