We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Immigration Solicitor / Lawyer who will play a key role in delivering expert legal advice and representation to clients navigating the UK's complex immigration system. You will manage your own caseload and be responsible for advising individuals and families on a variety of immigration matters, from visa applications to appeals and asylum claims.
DUTIES
- Provide legal advice and representation on a wide range of immigration matters including entry clearance, leave to remain, ILR, nationality, asylum, and appeals
- Prepare and submit applications to the Home Office and Tribunals
- Liaise with clients, courts, and external agencies in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate case files and adhere to firm procedures and compliance requirements
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to business development initiatives
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Qualified Solicitor with previous experience in immigration law
- Strong knowledge of UK immigration legislation and case law
- Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A client-focused approach with a commitment to achieving the best outcomes
- Accreditation under the Law Society's Immigration & Asylum Accreditation Scheme (desirable)
