As an Immigration Solicitor / Lawyer you will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal advice and representation, supporting individuals and families navigating the UK immigration system.
Working independently, the Immigration Solicitor / Lawyer will manage their own varied caseload, covering matters from visa applications and settlement to appeals and asylum claims.
Your duties as the Immigration Solicitor / Lawyer include:
- Providing Immigration Advice
- Case Management: Managing a varied immigration caseload from instruction through to conclusion
- Preparing and submitting applications to the Home Office and relevant tribunals
- Compliance and Records: Maintaining accurate case files and ensuring compliance with firm procedures
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with previous experience in immigration law
- Strong knowledge of UK immigration legislation and case law
