We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator / Human Resources Administration Assistant to join the HR Shared Service function, currently consisting of 3 Full Time employees. The official job title for this role is: HR & Payroll Administrator. Previous payroll experience would be great, but not essential as we will provide extra training to get you up to speed.
Working as the HR Administrator / Human Resources Administration Assistant, you will be providing comprehensive generalist HR & Payroll support to the business. The company is based at 11 sites in the UK and Ireland, with circa 300 employees. You will be responsible for providing support throughout the full employee lifecycle, starting from induction to the leaver process. You will also provide advice on people-related issues in line with UK and Irish legislation, Company policies, and best practice. Additionally, you will work in partnership with Line Managers / Team Leads on topics like performance management, absence management, resourcing, employee development, and employee relations.
