SALARY: Up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

LOCATION: Hybrid Working. Minimum 2 – 3 Days per Week from the Office in Hounslow, West London

JOB TYPE: Full‑Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, with attendance on the night shift approximately once a month

JOB OVERVIEW

This is a rewarding opportunity for an HR Administrator who takes pride in delivering a professional, responsive and people-focused service.

Working closely with employees, managers and the wider HR team, the HR Administrator will support recruitment, onboarding, payroll, pensions, employee records, HR reporting and offboarding processes.

As an HR Administrator, you will handle sensitive and confidential information professionally, maintain accurate HR data and help ensure key HR processes are completed smoothly and efficiently.

ASSESSMENT CENTRE

Successful candidates will be invited to attend the Assessment Centre in Hounslow, West London and will need to be available on either the 15th or 16 September 2026

DUTIES

  • HR Administration and Data Management: Act as a first point of contact for day‑to‑day HR administration queries, escalating matters where required
  • Employee Records: Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, HR documentation and information within the HR Management System
  • Data Checks and Reporting: Complete regular data checks, audits and updates, producing HR reports and accurate data for the HR team
  • Payroll Administration: Manage payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely submission of payroll information
  • Employee Changes: Process starters, leavers, salary changes, contractual amendments, sickness, absence and holiday updates
  • Pension Administration: Support pension processes including enrolments, amendments, provider updates, records and audit trails
  • Employee Documentation: Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts, changes to terms and conditions, references and related HR documents
  • Onboarding Coordination: Coordinate right‑to‑work checks, HR system setup, benefits administration, inductions and equipment requests
  • Recruitment Administration: Support vacancy approval, recruitment advertising, candidate communication, interview scheduling and recruitment documentation
  • Employee Relations Support: Provide administrative support for employee relations and absence processes, including meeting notes, actions and records
  • HR Team Support: Monitor the HR inbox and support general HR administration activities, projects and wider team tasks

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in an HR administration or similar HR support role
  • Experience maintaining accurate employee records and HR data
  • Experience supporting payroll administration and pension processes
  • Experience using HR Management Systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel
  • Excellent administration and data entry skills
  • Methodical and process‑driven approach
  • Ability to produce accurate documentation and meet deadlines
  • Professional, approachable and proactive attitude
  • Comfortable supporting employees across different shift patterns within a 24/6 operational environment
