DUTIES
Your duties as a Housing Solicitor will include:
• Manage a diverse caseload related to possession / evictions, tenancy agreements, housing disputes, and housing disrepair
• Provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of housing law
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements
• Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings as necessary
