We have a fantastic new opportunity for a LGV Class 1 or Class 2 / HGV Driver to join a well-established and growing depot based in Cranleigh, Surrey. THE ROLE
As a LGV Class 1 or Class 2 / HGV Driver you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of palletised goods throughout the local area. You will represent the company professionally while ensuring exceptional customer service and full compliance with transport regulations and company procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver palletised goods safely and efficiently to customers within the local area
- Complete vehicle checks and report any defects promptly
- Ensure all deliveries are made in accordance with company and legal compliance standards
- Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and records
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Follow all health and safety procedures
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (C) licence
- Current CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Professional and reliable approach to work
- Strong understanding of driver compliance and road transport regulations
- Good communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and commitment to high standards
