Working as an HGV Class 2 Driver you will be responsible for driving the vehicle and crew to client addresses, supporting packing, loading and unloading duties, completing paperwork and helping ensure each move is carried out safely and efficiently. The HGV Class 2 Driver will represent the company on the road and at customer sites, maintaining high standards of safety, reliability, professionalism and care when handling customers goods. for our Recruitment Team to review. DUTIES Your duties as the HGV Class 2 Driver include: Vehicle and Crew Transport:
Drive the vehicle and crew to client addresses for household and commercial removals Packing and Removals Support:
Support the crew with packing, carrying, loading and unloading customers goods Furniture Handling:
Help dismantle and reassemble furniture where required Daily Vehicle Checks:
Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly Safe Loading and Security:
Ensure loads are safely secured and the vehicle is kept clean and roadworthy Paperwork and Inventories:
Complete required paperwork, inventories and job-related documentation accurately Customer Service:
Communicate politely and professionally with customers throughout each move Driving Compliance:
