We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join a varied and creative working environment. This role offers the chance to work across consumer and business magazines, branding, brochures and advertising projects. As a Graphic Designer you will balance creativity with accuracy, producing high-quality print design while meeting tight deadlines. You will collaborate closely with colleagues and clients, ensuring artwork is delivered to specification and ready for print. The Graphic Designer will work on a hybrid basis, splitting time between home and the Leeds office, and must be available at least four days per week. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, deadline-driven setting.
DUTIES
- Creating Print Artwork: Designing adverts, page spreads and brochures to print-ready standards
- Brand Development: Producing consistent branding materials across multiple publications
- Deadline Management: Handling multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight timescales
- Client Collaboration: Communicating clearly with clients and internal teams on design requirements
- Quality Control: Ensuring accuracy, attention to detail and high creative standards
- Pre-Press Preparation: Setting jobs correctly for print production
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in print design within a similar creative environment
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
- Ability to demonstrate creative flair with excellent attention to detail
- Experience producing print-ready artwork and layouts
- A good degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject
- A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work
- Excellent communication skills with colleagues and clients
- A reliable, flexible approach with a strong work ethic
